HDPE electrofusion is a method used to permanently join HDPE pipes and fittings by means of electrothermal fusion. This involves heating a fitting with a built-in resistance wire, causing the plastic to melt and the pipe and fitting to fuse together securely. This creates a strong, leak-free connection that is resistant to corrosion and chemical influences. Although the technique requires special tools and experience, it is widely used in gas, water, and sewage systems because of its durability and reliability.

This is a realization of a customer, realized using our HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). This customer used our benor & drinking water approved HDPE pressure pipes in combination with electrofusion fittings, pre-weld collars as well as flanges.
