Sponsorship Policy

At Devooght, we like to dedicate ourselves to local initiatives, events and associations that contribute to a positive community. We are proud that many see our firm as a trusted partner and we appreciate every request we receive.

However, the growing number of sponsorship requests has forced us to have a clear sponsorship policy. This helps us to be fair, transparent and sustainable with our support.

We unfortunately cannot respond to all requests, no matter how much we would like to. We thank you for your understanding in this regard.

Our terms and conditions:

  • The request comes from a customer or employee.
  • From now on, we will sponsor an event or initiative a maximum of three times. This will allow us to spread our support and also give new projects a chance.
  • We prefer local initiatives that align with our values: sustainability, health and wellness or arts and culture.
  • The sponsorship request must be focused on targets that fit our consumers and buyers.

Applications:

Please submit your sponsorship request in writing, including a clear description of the project, target audience, requested support and mutual benefits. We will take every request to heart and provide you with a response as soon as possible.

What do we exclude?

  • Political or religious initiatives.
  • Projects that are in conflict with our corporate values. 
  •  Study travel and/or parties
  • Individuals or private events without broader social relevance.

Judging from the above criteria, you can assume that a cycling team does not immediately fit our policy.

However, with the Devooght-Wingo Cycling Team, we want to offer young adults an opportunity to pursue a hobby such as cycling in complete safety.

We believe that sport, and cycling in particular, can teach sporting people important values such as perseverance, respect, discipline and cooperation. Therefore, we consciously choose to invest in the future of our youth through this initiative.

The team focuses on customized coaching and an environment in which both competitive and recreational riders can thrive as well as a fun group to ride with.

Moreover, the team's core values - passion, commitment and safety - align closely with the values we promote as an organization.

In this way, we hope to make a positive impact, not only athletically, but also within the local community.
